Charisse Duncan is a Los Angeles based multi-hyphenate artist. She was born and raised in Hagerstown, Maryland, but relocated to Los Angeles in 2016. Charisse has a bachelor’s degree in Communication-Media from High Point University and worked in television for three years prior to moving to Los Angeles.
Her work explores themes of healing, self-love, pop culture, political issues, and her experiences as a queer, Black woman. Charisse uses a variety of mediums including watercolor, oil, acrylic, and colored pencils. Charisse also expresses her creativity through dancing, modeling, and photography.
